I’m having this issue. Has it been resolved?I’m unable to connect my Thor 5 to my iPhone or iPad. When I go through the procedures the iPhone will connect to the scope. When I select streaming from the app after a minute it says can’t connect. When I go to settings on the phone Thor 5 isn’t listed anymore Any ideas?
How did the call go? I also have a ticket put in for them to get back with me on the issue but nothing yet.Mine shows up on my iPhone but its definitely not connected to the app
App is not recognizing the connection
I got to call ATN Monday morning because we got an issue with my son scope I’ll ask them about their app connection issue

This morning, I checked it againNo call back yet from ATN
But I was able to make it work
I turned on the scope, let it boot up
Went into settings on my iPhone
Click on Wi-Fi
Clicked on Thor5_19ec
Waited for 44 seconds or more
a icon came up, asking me to allow thor5_19ec or not to allow
I allowed
It works, if things change, I’ll keep you posted
Did you get it to work/connect?Does the WiFi setting matter STA or AP when trying to connect with your IPhone. It still is not showing up on my phone. And ATN still has not responded back to me.
