Compass does not work properly

I just got my new scope (directly from ATN), and I can't calibrate it. No matter how many times I attempt to re-calibrate it, it always shows "SE-E-SW".

I have read in other threads to do it outdoors, flip the thing 12-15 times around each axis, but nothing changes it. Any suggestions?

hello, I have exactly the same problem, it is absolutely necessary to report it to ATN, there must still be a bug, apparently this scope has had a lot of problems resolved but I believe there are still some including ours
