Wi-Fi connection on Thor4

I'm new here, so let's jump right in. I just got a Thor4 640X480 4-40X. After about 45 minutes I had it set up and sighted it. I love this thing! My phone connects and everything works. I added the ABL 1000 and love it even more! But this is where the issue started. My android phone will no longer connect to it. Everything on the scope still works great, I just cannot connect to the Wi-Fi. I went back thru the startup videos, even reset to factory defaults and started over. My phone sees the Wi-Fi networks and tries to connect but will not. My phone (and a friend's phone) will connect to other Wi-Fi devices, just not this one. Any advice? Thanks in advance!

I spoke with Austin in tech support. We checked all the settings and did the firm ware update, but it still had the same issue. After the hunt this weekend I'm sending it in for a checkup. The tech support was quick and to the point. Thank you!
