RAV issue

I have one issue with this scope. Wonder if anybody else has the same issue with
RAV, it will not shut off at desired, shut off time programmed in the scope it keeps videoing. I have to do a hard shutdown and it will not save the video because of that.

Update

I took my son scope. We bought them at the same time. I did the firmware update 1193 to his and so far it looks like everything works.

With that being said

I went back to my scope that I downloaded the 1193 firmware to. Been having issues with the rav ever since then
For kicks and giggles I did a factory restore on my scope again. a half a dozen times in a row, recalibrated rav, a half a dozen times in a row.
Well, for some reason, it started working(kind of) but it’s shutting off anywhere from 1 seconds to 6 seconds past desired shut off time that I put into the scope computer. But at least it’s shutting off now on its own when using rav.

So far with the updated firmware 1193 my scope is finally working properly (kinda)

But I been spending time on my son scope because we updated the firmware on that too I thought everything was OK, but it’s not there is blemish on the screen about the size of a pencil eraser
When I zoom in the blemish zoom in with after I get to 10 power, it disappears because of the zooming when I zoom back out the blemish follow suit
I have tried everything that I’m aware of, I even called ATN and they have no answers.
This blemish wasn’t there until we did the firmware update
If anybody has come across the same issue and has any answers to correct, please let me know
I might have to send this in for repair
