Compass error

Hello,

Does anyone maybe have an suggestion what to do with a compass error? I have already tried a new sd card and a reset to factory. Next to that the video stream is continuously crashing. My software version is 3.1.12.510. Thanks in advance.

I'll load up that firmware version on my X-Sight 4k and test it out and get back to you.

Hi. I have the same issue. Updated the firmware to the latest version. Now, when I turn my scope on, the compass is displayed for a few seconds and then “err” is displayed.

Hello, I have brought it back to the shop and they send it to a atn dealer. If I noticed the notations correctly they resetted it and flash new software and that solved it but I wonder why we both updated the firmware and both got an error after that. I can see if I can find the notes tomorrow and let you know if further information is provided. Took me almost 2 months to get it back if I recall correctly...
