Does ATN (in the USA) monitor this form at all? for like answering questions or concerns or maybe help direct the customer with certain issues.

Nope i just own some of their optics and created this forum to try and help. Hopefully having users help each other.

I see the only way you can post on ATN, you need Facebook, which I don’t have.

I have the Thor5 with LRF, when I first bought the scope, everything worked and I do mean everything.
Did their latest and greatest firmware update. I have a couple issues now. The biggest issue now My RAV will not shut off at desired programed Input. it keeps videoing and I have to do a hard shut down.
Just wondering if anybody else did their latest and greatest firmware update and having the same issues I am.
When I call ATN, they want me to send my scope in. I asked why can’t they make a new firmware update back to the original one that I had in the scope that worked perfect. She said they couldn’t. I’d have to send it in.
Brand new $6000 scope and I have to send it in for repairs. I have a hard time accepting that when it work perfectly out of the box before I did, the firmware update.
