Round dot after updating firmware

Just like the title stated my son did the update firmware now he has a dot on the screen lower left
We did an auto pixel correction, and it didn’t correct it
Anybody else coming across this issue or have any suggestions on removing/fixing

Kelly (ATN) called me today with an RMA

I’ll keep y’all updated hopefully they’ll put in the report what they did but we’ve tried everything to get rid of that Dot.
